Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for unused days or time left in the subscription period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided if:

  • You cancel within 7 days of your first subscription (limited to one refund per user lifetime).
  • A technical issue prevents access to the service, and our support team cannot resolve it within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Missed live sessions.
  • Dissatisfaction with trainer assignment (you may request a trainer change instead).
  • Subscription renewals that were not canceled before the renewal date.
  • Dissatisfaction with personal fitness results (results are not guaranteed).

4. Trainer Reassignment

You may request a different trainer at any time, free of charge. This does not qualify for a refund.

5. Dispute Resolution

To dispute a charge or request an exception, please contact our support team. Each case is reviewed individually and exceptions are granted at Athletica.fit’s discretion.

6. Chargeback Policy

In case of a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your access to services until the issue is resolved.
